.tv me.tv major problems

I registered server.tv yesterday and today I registered degree.tv as they were both available according to the me.tv website. I have access to both names via the control panel (channel set up), but now they say they are not available and I have not been billed for these in my account. (although I still have control of them via the channel page itself.

It seems to me that they were available otherwise it would not have let me into the channel area to put in my own blog etc. I have had some glitches in the past using their interface, but if the name was not available by the time of checkout it would not let me proceed.
Ive been able to send emails to friends and business associates from the actual channel itself. I have even accepted friends into my links area.

I think they have pulled them after registration as they are great names.
what do I do and what recourse do I have? Im not sure what to do about them.

Its not my angle at all. I dont expect anything, I just wanted it to be shown.
The staff salary thing was tongue in cheek.

I have had talks with them, they are more than very aware, but I still keep getting "friends" wanting to join - I havent been handed the name, so why am I still getting these?? very weird.
