yes, i'd be worried about TM issues if youre strictly trying to make money off of it.... you could try and make a online community about marvel comics or something maybe with the site.... but since it wouldn't be the 'official' site of marvel comics i think they could pull it away from you at their own discretion...

personally i think your time and efforts would be better spent on something less risky and more generic....unless youre a gigantic marvel comics fan, which in that case, go for it but know the risks!

Yes it sure does present TM issues. I would make it a fan site and you might get away with it Without a developed website i would say its worth reg fee or so but if you built a fan site behind it would be worth a lot more. IMO.

By using the Marvel name to profit in such a blatant fashion, you might get more than just losing the domain.
