question Marketplaces query?

People list on multiple marketplaces like sedo, afternic, dan etc. But uses nameserver of one marketplace or own hosted nameserver.

Suppose a domain is listed on 3 marketplaces - sedo, afternic, dan. Domain is verified on all those 3 but currently using Afternic's nameservers. When someone from sedo browses that name he will end up on Afternic's lander but came from Sedo. How will sedo make commission from that?

Whichever site the person completes the sale at is the one that will earn the commission. That is, even if your lander is at DAN, if they buy at Sedo, only Sedo earn the commission.

Exactly correct. The one that get sales will earn the commission.

But to OP I say that MP's can be very complex structured.

Why would it?
BIN at the parked-marketplace and make an offer on all others can't cause you any trouble, just don't forget to delete the listings when it sells so the next owner can list it as he wish and it keeps your inventory on MPs clean
However, a BIN at multiple MPs can be problematic if it sells twice (check each MP's ToS), be sure to remove all other BIN listings asap.
