I just found the following domains on my portfolio, and was wondering what your appraisal would be. I also ran estibot, so I am giving you domain, estibot appraisal and similar domains sold price.

Estibot: $109.000
(1stbandwidth.com sold for $800.000)

Forget estibot. The figures are completely crazy.

Concerning the two 'sales' you mention they are hard to believe. I don't think they did happen.

Even assuming the sales are for real, you would have trademark issues, in particular with the 2nd domain. On the other hand 1stbandwidth.com is not even developed, it's parked for sale at Sedo.

You still believe it sold for $800.000 ? :talk:

Those sales sound like business sales, not domain sales.
