Hi

I have a large portfolio of real estate-based domains (mostly .estate, .apartments and XYZestate.com domains). All domains contain a GEO-based keyword, such as CityName.estate and CItyName.apartments.

I would like to know, which of these two strategies would you recommend: listing them off at auction websites (Flippa, Sedo, etc) or trying to contact directly the potential buyers?

I have tried direct marketing targeting potential buyers but it is very time consuming and it does not seem to yield results.

If you recommend the auction listing, which website and auction fee would you recommend?

P.S. I also have listed them on my own website, but since it is new it does not have much traffic, so for the time being I cannot count on it for attracting buyers.

Thank you

Dello
