Well, I'll take a shot for you.
Its a bit difficult due to lack of sales history for both names. Slams.net sold for low $xxxx last summer.
The good news is that both fit with the extension and have excellent search metrics. In addition, the end-user pool for manicure.me is quite large. Maybe you can target high-end beauty salons in SoCal.
Slam.me seems to be begging for development, IMO.
I am not going to guess at re-seller prices, but I have seen worse .me names go for mid $xxx. I think low-to-mid $xxx for manicure.me to an end-user and high $xx for slam.me unless developed.
