Gotta agree with what everyone said so far... end-users for this domain are going to be pretty limited. But if you develop the name into a site that talks about medication options for people with bipolar, and some information for how to bring someone down from a manic episode, it could probably do pretty well for you... and then once you have it generating revenue, the whole package is worth something.
