This domain is worth zero dollars. IMO.

It is too unfocused, I may have a domain like IWantOxygen.com but it means nothing for anyone if it isn't targeted to people staggering around on the top of Mount Everest or K2.

You may end up with a few dollars from a realtor that doesn't know what makes a premium domain name but not much more than this, for reselling it is next to useless because there are far better geo-targeted names out there

As an added thought, this is a classic example of why the .com can do far more harm than good in some circumstances.

I have not met an estate agent yet who has the thousands of properties all over the world needed to satisfy an international extension.

You would be far better off targeting such things to certain countries such as the UK where it could actually do reasonably well.
