Man sets car on fire

This is bizarre and disturbing, especially for my little town that hasn't even seen a murder in years.

I went to get some dinner tonight and the police have taped off a large part of the freeway and off-ramp by my house. Reports are a man intentionally set fire to the car he was in with a woman and two children. Then he fled the burning vehicle and carjacked another driver, while he himself was still on fire. Both children in the car were burned to death and the woman is in the hospital now with burns on 85 percent of her body. Lots of witnesses and they know who it is. The guy is still at large and there's a manhunt going on now to find him.

I still can't believe it. I'm major sad for the kids.

that is sad, when they catch him they should set him on fire and see how he likes it .... i can say one thing when they do catch him he wont be liked very much in jail for killing children thats for sure . i hope they find him soon and he gets punished to the full extent of the law

Death sentance for this guy! Throw him in the famous chair, and stop it half way through, and burn him... Then you can throw him down Saddam's 'rat hole'.

Thats a sad and sickening story. I hope the women gets better and can try and grab hold of her life again. That guy has ruined everything for her.

What age was she, and the children?

I would rather see him in prison.

A mental institute is less time served, and is a lot safer and friendly.

I've heard of arson-murder attempts where someone set their house on fire - but their own car?!? Crazy world.
