Man sells Star Trek flat for £425k

A man who turned a flat he bought for £27,000 into a replica of Star Trek Voyager has sold it for an incredible £425,000

Ok yeah he sold it for that much, but how much did it cost him to make all of this happen? In the end I don't think he made too much of a profit by the looks of it.

Apparently he spent £12,000 on doing it up and another £100,000 to promote his "Interior design company" he bought it for about £27,000

so in total he spent about £140,000,so he trebled his money, Although he did declare himself bankrupt before the sale.

And here I thought back when I was a kid back in the 60's, all apartments would look like that by now anyway.. and for alot less

I saw that house on a cable channel, they walked through the whole house, it is one cool house, and a bargain at that price
