I also have a client base of 30++ good advertising clients that usually advertise 2 468X60 banners and a variety of text links under the "really good deals" section.
1) I stopped billing last month (told them I was rearranging the site & I did a little)
2) spread their links over some of my other high traffic/PR sites for free!
And finally, hope they get good conversions while I sell this (neighbourhood.ws) site.

If you want the client base / pre-existing stream of income (I have 7 months of bank/paypal statements) no problem, but shouldn't the value/BIN price be a little higher?
