I have no (BIN) in place, and I am still willing to hold on the website If I didn't get a good offer.
I am selling both, domain name plus content
domain expires next year, registered at idotz..

Natural articles submissions, almost daily. Total unique articles 29 in 6 categories
Many articles have been submitted to Digg, Technorati, del.icio.us, Stumbleupon
Adsense top banner ready, and 2 plugins were added includes automatic XML sitemap builder and notifier (notifies google about any change and rebuild sitemap automatically)
The blog is receiving organic Google traffic for people searching relevant keywords (image attached)
Adsense was added only 1 Dec, not from site launch (so adsense revenue for 1dec - 9dec)
Minor promotion (friends, namepros)
Above, listed the work I have done on it since launch..
