I guess your tecnique involves wowglider and/or other bots. This is also against Blizzard TOS and very risky business. Blizzard have banned hundreds of thousands accounts because of gliding.

When i was gliding i used about 10-14 days reaching level 60. I'm not sure how long time i would use to reach 70.. but it's much work involved in this tecnique.
