If you can write native English articles (blog posts) and have passion to any topic, this will work for us.
Here is business plan:
Me and my team will research topic (that you choose) and give you list of targeted keywords for writing content.
We will handle all costs for premium hosting plan and domain.
We will work on setting site, design, SEO optimization.
Then we will start with social promotion and after one month we will start work on SEO/link building.
All this work will be covered and paid from our side.
For example we will invest in premium press release distribution, making blog network around our site on aged PR domains, and money other SEO methods.
Your part of JV is to write and submit to wordpress blog quality well researched content.
I'm talking about good posts with 1000+ words, images, a lot of resources, etc.
So, we will make niche authority site together.
As soon as we reach 1000 visitors per day, we will add adsense or some other monetization method.
We will use rotating ads 50%/50%.
It means that 50% of ad views are served by your adsense account, and 50% by our.
So, you will make 50% of total profit and we will get another 50%.
After we reach $50 per day profit each, we will flipp (sell) site for x10 monthly income (that is usual price for selling sites).
If site is making $100 per day (in total), that is $30,000 per month in profit and it means we can sell it for $300,000
Money from final auction we will split again 50/50.
So, each of us will get $150,000
We can decide to keep site longer and get higher price, or to sell it before (when it's making for example $50 per day).
You need to understand that in first month or two we will not make any profit, but we will invest in feature by doing all hard work (both you and me).
More content you provide, faster we will get to our goal.
