Do you have minneapolis.tv? Minneapolis is more prominent of a city than St. Paul. Evidence: Estibot puts stpaul.tv at $680 and minneapolis.tv at $2,600. At reseller prices I'd expect stpaul.tv to get about $60 to $100. You are getting an offer at the high end here.

The same twin city value effect is in place for Dallas/Ft. Worth. According to Estibot:

dallas.tv $3,200
fortworth.tv $770
ftworth.tv $330

stpaul.tv is analogous to ftworth.tv

You may have simply chosen the less attractive city to register (that is, if you don't also own minneapolis.tv).

i've said before and will again - estibot is a piece of crap. while it does compile some informative tools/measurements no one but a fool would rely on it for pricing appraisal. i suppose its great if you're trying to beat down a good name when buying or build up a flawed on when selling. thats about the only time i see people publishing results from it.

anyway, if you are not making an offer what are you doing commenting in a sales thread? you want to comment start your own thread.

Correct, it is not absolutely accurate, but it is often directionally accurate (I've seen some directional inaccuracies as well, however). It's a quick, thumb guide on a domain's possible value. Only the marketplace can determine real value.

Correct again. My apologies.
