I sell a domain concerning holidays with dot im (Isle of Man). I would like to send mail to travel agency from that isle but I don't know how to construct a good email.

if you want replies include a price, and that price should be the bare min. you will take, stop worrying "what if I would of said higher and they would of accepted that", that way of thinking will get you nothing ever.

I received few of those and I hate the way letter is written.

Funny thing is why would you say please unsubscribe from our mailing list if it is a one time email. This is just too ugly. DO NOT USE THIS TEMPLATE iF YOU WANT TO SEE POSITIVE RESULTS

There's no contradiction there. The email says it is a one time mailing for that specific domain. The unsubscribe option is to not receive emails about other domains in the future. FYI, giving people a means to unsubscribe from future mailings is a legal requirement for unsolicited emails.

I have sold 3 from 3 now from simply writing an email to a "potential" end client.

As a previous poster has stated, the earlier template is too long and full of too many translated attempts at formality.

I go for:

Hi,

I own the domain name xxxxxxxxxxxxx and having found you on Google as having a similar name/being within an appropriate niche, wonder if you'd be interested in having this transfered to you for a small fee.

Please let me know at the earliest opportunity before I list the domain to a wider audience.
