I need a broker to sell this domain for mid $xxxx to high $xxxxx with a 30% commission. I would like to have this marketed to end-users (law firms and individual lawyers) on the Isle of Man.
This was the very first domain to go through Isle of Man's DRP back in Sept. 2006. The complainant was Dickinson Cruickshank; a law firm in the Isle of Man. I lost the first round but appealed their decision and won with support and advice from Namepros and J. Berryhill. The thread is HERE if you want more info. IOM later came to the thread and posted comments (on page 3) that verify that the domain is indeed generic. This battle set a precedent—or two—on how all future .IM domain DRPs would be handled from that point on.
