Mail Server Settings?

Should I enable DKIM and SPF security settings on my mail server? I am the only one using the mail server?

Is this a good thing to enable? Is there any downside? Do I need to add anything to my emails?

SPF is a dns entry which only allows certain servers to send mail for your domain. So someone can't spoof your emails from a different server.
DKIM ensures that the message content isn't changed en route to its destination.

Set them.
