I seen it on a Infomercial about a month back - It is the cheapest "online" phone service I've seen so far.

It's like 40$ the first year and 20$ per year afterwards

Someone on another forum was going to test it - I'll see if he has tried it yet.

i actually saw a commercial for magicjack just this past weekend. it's fairly cheap and good for planned long-distance calling, but to use it as a "regular" phone you'd probably have to keep your computer on etc.

Read the Faqs page. Incoming calls work just fine. The only thing this gadget doesnt do from what I read is work from a cell phone or satellite internet connection.

I'm paying $35 a month right now for local and long distance unlimited. If this thing works have way decent I'll switch over my home phone to it and keep my cell for out and about talking.

just got it today, works good..


call quality about 75% but its clear and ok. cant beat price, but not 100% clear yet, but u still cant complaint,

but if you use this to save your cell mins, this works great.
