Macromedia Flash and streaming MP3

Hello,

I hoping someone could give me a quick example. I need to test a file to see if it is streamable by Macromedia Flash - it is an MP3 - but one I converted from a recording.

It's header is a RIFF/WAV format, but the encoding is MP3.

I can send the file to someone if they want to see it, or sample HTML showing streaming would be wonderful - lets call the file TEST.MP3

Anyone can help?
