All other ext are available. But has good keywords with approx 1000 searches/month on Google phrase mode, and good Gres...
However traffic and ppc conversion is the key for this domain. Maybe a good monetization strategy are affiliate travels/hotels links...
My appraisal = (40-80$)+(3 months revenue X 3 or 4)

Without traffic, I would say up to low $xxx.

With seo, and traffic - high $xxx :imho:

I love GeoDomains. The fact that this is not just any random beach, but a recognized beach around the world definitely helps.

I would not let go of this domain for less than mid $XXX because of the income potential, and because of the scarcity of the name.
