You can still be held accountable even if you pass it on to someone else. I suggest you kindly offer to give it to mitsubishi, and hope they "reward" you with something.
This is a huge fire waiting to happen. I wouldnt touch it with a 1000 foot pole. You know they will nail whoever buys it and the person who registered it.
By the way. CHeck out Mitsubishi.net , .org , .info. Been there for a long time. No forced removal. I see no point why they would go for a .tv domain first the na .net domain.
I agree, zero or (worse) negative value in terms of liability for a potential buyer. You may get a buyer offshore (very offshore) who would be willing to exploit the domain until the UDRP / C&D notices arrive from the IP lawyers.
