LunarPages Support = Poor

For about a month now I've had multiple support tickets open, phone calls, etc, with LunarPages trying to get them to have one of their customer's sites STOP sending me automated emails a dozen times a day.

Now I'm on the phone again (I thought they were toll-free before, now they're not?) and on hold... gonna yank their teeth out if they ever answer the phone...

Anyone know a better way to get straight to a person?

Phone from the whois is not working? I'm assuming that is the best way to find out how they can be contacted
