Lucrative is not a word that most people use in their everyday lives, though most are aware of the word. I think this is what holds the value of the domain name way back...

Just as an example NameBio only reports one sale with the word lucrative, all time.

^and thats a pretty odd name/sale.


Otherwise - Lucrative Work are words that play off each other very well.

Low $xxx value to an end user IMO. The end user pool will be very limited.
