I think the word "Bing" is a deal breaker, because of TM and all.

Maybe I am wrong, but "bing" is a dictionary word, and there is no any legal issue with use it.
LoveBing has nothing to see with Bing as TM

bing

noun \ˈbiŋ\
plural
Definition of BING
1
dialectal, British

a : a heap or pile for storage <a bing of potatoes>

b : a storage bin
2
slang : a solitary-confinement prison cell

OK, I stand corrected. This domain would do well if sold under that definition.

Thank you Fliporium, i checked the meaning before registering the domain, both are english words.

If we're going by the dictionary definition above I don't really see how lovebing really makes sense.

Also the TM will still impact any value this domain might have as any buyer will be limited as to what they can do with it.

Microsoft will let you know.

MS will do nothing.
It is a dictionary word.
They can reg all TD they want, but the dictionary words will stay the dictionary words.

I would drop it, Bing is a TM

Apple and Orange are also dictionary words but you cant use them in certain industries

Its all about usage and what you do with the name, I cant see any use for this one besides the obvious TM angle, unless you have a partner called "Bing" :D

If this domain is used in relation to cherries or a particular old and long gone entertainer/singer then you will be fine.

If it's used in any way for something that relates to Microsoft's Bing search or an industry they use bing for then you might get UDRP, lawsuit or cease and desist from MS.
