I stepped out of my comfort zone when hand regging this domain name as it was 10 times the price I normally pay.

I have an interest in up-cycling furniture so wondered whether it's a keeper or not.

But, keep in mind that .furniture is not a popular extension which puts downward pressure to your projected str/chance of making a sale.

Since it renews at $110, my advice would be to do some outbound to similarly named companies and if you are unsuccessful let it drop.
