How do you do? Greetings from Cornwall, UK.
Recently started looking into this domain name buying and selling malarkey and very glad to have found this place, certainly looks like more of you guys communicate in plain english here, which is a refreshing change from another forum I joined a few days ago where everything read like absolute gobbledegook.
I love the english language, wordplay, wordsmithery and written communication. Also post at UKBF (UKBusinessForums).
Main profession is low altitude aerial photography, otherwise known as elevated photography, although if I manage to see a few of my choice domain names soon, I may just buy myself one of these new fangled flying cars http://www.pal-v.com - looks like the bees knees!! Fantastic, never thought the day would come in my lifetime for a true flying car - excellent!! I want one!!
So, domain names, got just over a dozen all told, three or four of them are hopeless, three more are mediocre middling between completely rubbish and not too bad and another three are absolutely crackers, that is to you Americans here, bloody beauties.
The best three are now going up for sale, and it is with this in mind, that from this community, I hope to pick up some very useful tips and advice.
Anyone that helps me, of course by means of reciprocation, I will do my best in return to help you wherever possible as well.
About two hours ago, got a fantastic generic two come three word domain, on the .com along with the .co.uk - absolutely chuffed to bits to get it. I know that sounds confusing, already I can hear you asking, what is it then, two or three words, do make up your mind. Well, it's two words, absolutely perfect for a very large international industry sector, but the two words together in part make up an extra word which is too, very applicable directly to the industry. I'll whack it up on here tomorrow evening when I know the payment has definitely been processed in full. Absolute beaut' it is. Tickled pink I am. Been dancing and whooping around my office for the past two hours grinning from ear to ear until my jaw hurts.
Anyway, enough of my truntering on - delighted to see you all, and to make your combined acquaintances.
Kindest regards and best wishes from a grim, dim, overcast, grey, soggy, wet, raining, drizzled UK.
