Looking to hire t-shirt/clothing designer

I am looking to hire a designer to do designs for a hip hop/humor t-shirt line. I plan on starting with maybe 20 to 30 designs and expanding to over 100 as time goes one.

In most cases I will provide you with info on what I want the design to look like, the colors I want it to be, and the color shirt it will be on. Even though I will have the majority of input I do want a designer that can give me some feedback and suggestions instead of just doing exactly what I want. I also want someone that is easy to contact and is willing to make revisions.

I have placed an ad in a local art and design college's website in my city so their is no guarantee I will hire someone from this forum. You can PM or post here if you are interested. Let me know your rates.

More info:

Like I said I have many ideas for the designs. They will all be 1 to 4 color designs. My printer said they need to be done in coreldraw or photoshop but other programs like illustrator are fine as long as the files can be saved as .eps or another universal format. I think most tees designs are 10 inches by 10 inches so I would probably go with that same format. Designs will be front only.
