Hi,
My partner and I are interested in someone to code our backend php (or something else if you like) that will work off of our constantly-updated SQL database (which also needs to be designed by you). We will have members, a monetary system, and a referral system. I would also need a decent-looking and easy-to-navigate administration panel.
We are also interested in having someone do the images and the outline of the site. We have a general feel that we are looking for, and I can describe that extensively upon acceptance of the job.
I do *not* want any templates and I do *not* want any pre-coded systems. I want everything done by hand, or at worst based on an already-done open source system but modified a lot. Good, secure code is a must, and I don't want to ever be vulnerable because some open-sourced mass-produced code got exploited before I'm able to patch it or take it down. I'd rather that responsibility be completely on me and my coders.
This is an on-going job of maintenance, but the initial job is what I am hiring for right now. If everything works out well, we'll keep you onboard at a per-incident rate.
Pay for this job is based on many factors, and I would like you to include in your response what sort of price you would be looking at. I am also open to releasing a temporary share of the company if that is of interest as the payment.
