Hello,

To those who don't know me, my name is Jon Clark..

I own AffordableSiteDesign.com, we have three full time designers with different skill levels and after a strong success servicing the adult market I want to break into mainstream..

I would like to find someone dependable around here to help with this task..

You will be able to enter us into contest, find people around here along with bid on job on sites like elance and project4hire. Also any other way you feel you could generate client I would be more then happy to hear your ideas and allow you to implement them if I felt they would work..

One thing to keep in mind about the design business is it is recurring, meaning the clients you find will come back, so if you work hard and build a nice client list for the first few months things get much easier..

The job pays commission only.. 20% for the first month, then if things are working out you would be raised up to 25% along with me introducing you to my current clients so you can service them...

I am really hopping to find someone motivated that will work out long term..

Like I said, I have three full time designers so a decent size work load can be handled and when the time comes that we are getting over book regularly then I can and will hire more designers..
