Looking to Get a .com Owned By a GoDaddy Seller

There is a domain that currently points to a GoDaddy for-sale page. Its currently listed for $5,000 USD which is too high. After checking many websites via the Wayback, it seems to be their default. Contacting GoDaddy and using their broker seems to lead to mixed experiences depending on who GoDaddy assigns a broker from their side.
