Established Looking to buy some sites, now

Hey all-

I am on a quest to add 2 or 3 more sites to my network. Im looking to pick up at least 2 more sites within the next few days.

I have no revenue requirement at all, It could make no money at all-
However I have a traffic requirement-
I am only intrested in buying sites with between 30k - 250k uniques a month.
That means visible traffic, like them viewing your homepage or site, not a image hosting site that counts a unique as whenever someone views a image.

My budget is as big as it needs to be, the better the site, the more I will pay.
Forums are a PLUS.

Just posted my 6 year old site up for sale...CustomBike.org - wanting mid-high $xx,xxx

It's getting around 1,500 visitors a day and makes from $3,000-$4,000 profit a month without me touching it!

I recently moved hosting servers and am having troubles getting my old traffic stats so nothing to show at this time...i'm working on it!

There's loads of very high value search engine listings for this site this is just a few...I can't research them all until I get my traffic stats active when i'll have a list for you...The last I remember it was getting 15,000 - 20,000 different search queries a month from the top search engines. ie...Custom Bike is one with xxx visitors, Foot Controls another one with xx visitors etc...

This site is in a prime position for advancing these forums and making a massive community in the Custom Bike world...

It's making around $3,000-$4,000 a month without doing anything at the minute but I know what it's potential is if I was to spend some time developing it.

At this time it's just sat on auto-pilot in the background of a load of other projects i'm working on and needs someone to develop it and take it to the next level.

I know if I don't do anything then it's going to continue to make around $35,000 a year...if I develop it then the profits could be very good.
