Well, I'm not entirely sure of what the site is worth, however, based on the traffic, and the setup of everything, the site has been appraised at a value of 50,000 by January 1st.

As for what comes with it, obviously everything would come with it if the price was right. That'd include domain, rights, member-base, images, content, etc...
