Looking to build a group of designers

Hi all, I have a good template related .com which I am looking to develop in the next few weeks.

This is my idea

To build a group of designers looking to submit templates for sale. (all sorts of templates, flash, html, etc etc)

I will take care of hosting, billing (using 1shoppingcart premium level) etc etc and you guys are all affiliates at 50/50.
