I would like to hire someone to create a website very similar to InstantProfitz.com or fusioncash.net. The site will need to be full coded and designed with an admin area and members area. The basis of the site is the members sign up and complete offers for cash. There will also need to be a referral system that rewards members for getting new people to join.
