Looking for a webdesigner that can complete this project for me! I would like to box in the blog article places so it's not so white and uncontrolled. the sidebar neesds to be re done so that

I have most of the work completed from Mark the previous designer but he cannot complete the work for unforseen circumstances!

I will need profile images, a new External Vote Button, Integrated blog, (already Started follow link above) and you MUST have the abilty to apply this develop site into my live site found here, http://www.blogengage.com

I'm also looking for a new sidbar as you can tell this one is simply not acceptable it looks like it's on welfare!

Though we have developers around, nobody yet is available to work with it.
