Looking for someone to run my site

The site is a graphics design community running invision as forums.

The person I am looking for will be made admin on the forums, he/she will also need to finish off the main site, adding content such as tutorials (not links to or ripped). The site is still looking for staff so this person will also discuss with me their shortlists and for what positions, basically I don't have time to run it fully.

So you want someone to build up and manage a site for you while you reap the profits and they do all the work?

John D before openeing your mouth why not read the post and check out the site, as stated there is already 222 members, 9,500 posts so why would they be doing all the work and what profits would I be reaping, think before you speak.
