Looking for someone to make custom template

I am looking for someone to make a custom template for my music blog.

I need something close to the current layout, but a nicer color scheme and a nicer logo...
If you have a nice template, or can change my current one, or have great suggestions please PM me, or post here.
I don't have many NPs but I have money, or can do a link exchange/blog review.
