Looking for someone to help with a small modification to OSCommerce

I'm in need of a php/mysql scripter who has decent experience with osCommerce and can do the following:

Customer would be able to chose a quantity of 2 or 4, or just 2 alone, depending on the item. I would want to easily be able to specify which items have 2 and 4 as a quantity and which ones only have 2 on the product adding/editing page in the admin area. I would want those numbers to be the only possible quantitys to buy.

Here is a little example of what I would want the quantity box to look like:
