No one can get 160.000 pages to get indexded in google in just a month. The first RULE in seo is pacient. Your 160.000 pages can be indexed in google but not in a month and needs lots of work. you need to optimize every page according to its subject and targeted keywords which is almost impossible in your case because it would consume too much time and work. I also believe that %90 of the 160.000 pages are auto generated pages such in forums...etc. In fact, if many pages has the same content and code, google and other search engines might consider it spam and ban your website. (BackDoor Pages).
You can't optimize 160.000 pages and no expert would do it for you. So, what you need to do:
Make sure that your main page and all pages linked from the main page are well optimized. When I say full optimized, I mean full html code optimization and content optimization and not just change your meta tags.
Once the website is fully optimized, you start building your link popularity thorugh link exchange. Your going to need lots of links so you must have your own link directory because you will be exchanging links with hundereds of related websites so you can't simply build a page for link exchange and call it LINKS or PARTNERS.
Now that you have optimized and built your link popularity, try to buy links from websites with pr 7 and 8.
Then come's the part with pacient, where you would have to wait until google and other major search engines index the new changes and find your link partners.
Note: Link building process never stop's unless the website is offline or sold.
