That's pretty much it. I have a plan and method laid out for a free-sms-sending website. What I need is some investors to invest a small amount in this project and in return - they will receive a share of the profits.

What is your domain for this free site, would you offer up the domain as security? When investing, what guarantee do I have you won't go out and blow my money on personal expenses etc.? Assurances

I was looking at around six investors but if one person covered the equivalent then yes I would push the domain fully to them.
