Hi all,

I am looking for your thoughts on Proxies R Us - http://proxiesrus.com

I am aware of the css/div issue in IE6, and if someone can fix that problem - I will send all of my NP and positive rep towards you. As well a great deal of respect.

I'd really like to know what you think about the colors, features, easy, and overall design. I know it's messy.

Looks good.

However, they is a fee things i dislike.

The introduction text, it's too pale, make it a darker green to stand out.

The scan lines on the headers? Lower the opacity, please, they make the headers look abit ugly.

Also, the header on the " URL FORM | Manage Cookies" text, i think it shoud be chaged, it's too high and chunky for something in the middle of the page.

The text from "WHAT IS MY IP?" and down, should be centered across both above coloms, not just the URL form colom etc.

Site review

Hi. First of all, the template looks quite good. The colours and borders are nice, the logo is wonderful. Second, you might want to colour the white background of the layout. Third, the proxy script and content is good and well-based.

hello,
i like your site as its a good idea and there a various different interesting thinkgs on there which you can read and learn from, but for me the layout is nice but is to white.
google adsence is always a good idea and they are placed in the right area so money maybe made from them as long as you have visitors. you have a decent site so i wish you all the best of luck with it.

The Bad

• Too white - I think you should somehow contain the site in. With wide screen, like what I have, it looks way too white.
• Too much text - There is way too much text on your site. I know traditionally proxy sites contain much text, but I think you either need to break this down into a few pages, or add more graphics.
• Favicon - Your favicon doesn't fully match your site. It matches in color, but not in design.
• Bottom links - The bottom links don't match at all. I would make it auto stretch like the top part. It would look really cool then.

I agree with the bottom comment, I working on a nice gradient to match. Having trouble creating a good one though. As well the favicon, these are both two things I have put thoughts into fixing.

I know there's quite some white, I'm just not sure what to do with it yet

No, it won't match and won't look fluid. If you have pattern, white/content, pattern it feels that your site has been closed and it draws user attention towards the middle.

I am viewing it on Firefox, so don't worry Your proxy is more than a proxy, which scored high marks in features. It has got a great design and is easy to view. The introduction text should be darker in colour, and you should consider getting a proper banner.

Your advertisement locations are great. They are out of the way, yet still viewable. Spelling mistake on the "We reccomend" at the bottom. In your footer, there is a Contact e-mail. Since you are a proxy, many bots will come across and pick this email and flood your inbox with spam. You might want to link it to a contact page instead.

With your proxy, there were some websites that led straight back to the main page. I don't understand why that happened, and could prevent visitors from using your proxy.

At the top of your SMS page, I recieved this error: "Warning: mysql_connect():" You might want to fix that ASAP.

Since your site offers more than just a proxy, you might want to consider getting another domain to incorporate with the other features. Good luck.

Thanks - the reason for error on sms and arcade is because there is a huge problem with my server atm. Should be resolved soon.

I will fix that spelling mistake too. What websites led back to the main page? As well, I will setup a contact page - thanks.

i think this looks good! defiantly on to something good here

there are a few bugs to iron out

in firefox the top links resize themselves and cause the page to move. just kind of annoying

you have that text box, it doesnt look like a text box, it looks like an image breaking hte page up. you need to emphsise on that more.
