Looking for reliable US hosting

i'm looking for reliable US hosting for my website.

requirements :

at least 500 mb webspace
for now i can do with 5 GB traffic ( but can rise )
Cpanel !!!!!!!!!
minimum 3 pop3 emails
i need subdomains,

what i don't need is a domainname

offers not higher then 10$ a month

if you dont have an domain name, then the subdomains are very unhandy.

example:

jurrie.xlusivehosting.com would be the main account

subdomain.jurrie.xlusivehosting.com would be sub account folder.

If you can get a domain name, i am sure i can help you out.
