looking for Php programmer IMMEDIATELY

I need a database for apartment listings based from a web server very tightly secured and designed completely from the ground up...Basically its not a complicated project a php database that can be inserted and deleted listings among other features now...Template for it would have to be designed a simple template and search area where you can search the listings basically the template would only be drop box's that optimize the search by bedrooms neighborhoods etc...Site has no offical access ie the .com is password protected so no one can wonder in...this is for a private use
