Looking for News posters and a banner designer

I am looking for 2 things:

A News Poster
The news posters will be required to post at least 2 news stories and week. Will not be paid at the start, but as the site grows pay will be implemented. The subject of the site is " Free Tech News".

Banner Designer
I currently need a banner to advertise the site with. Price can be discussed via pm or msn/yahoo/aim/skype.
