priced Looking for interest in Raisefunds.com

I am new to this forum, but am trying to establish a value for a domain I have held for many years without developing. The domain is raisefunds.com, which I think is a pretty good one-word .com. I am looking to sell the domain for $3,500 based on higher valuations I have rec'd in the past. Just not sure the best way to put it on the market.
