Looking for host that does nightly backups

Hello,

Please read carefully, I'm looking for a specialized solution.

I am the contractor for a project that will have one domain, but 200 subdomains.

Each subdomain will have its own CMS installation and its own MySQL database.

I would like a hosting provider who:
a) Backs up nightly... and...
b) Would allow me to restore 1 subdomain without having to restore the whole thing.

The point is, one subdomain might have a problem, and it would not be necessary to bring the whole system back to a restore point. If one subdomain goes wrong, I want to be able to fix/restore that one subdomain from its backup.

Price is important but its not the only factor.
Using CPanel would be a plus, unless you have something comparable to offer.

The only question I have is, when I set up separate CPanels for each subdomain - would I have to go into my registrar's account and create specialized DNS entries for each subdomain? Walk me through this, if you can. Thanks.
