Looking for graphic designer / flash animator

Hi, I'm looking for a graphic designer / flash expert for my next project. Could you please post links to showcase your work on my thread here so I can have a look through them and get in touch with any of you guys who I think would be able to do the style of flash work I'm looking for.

You need to be able to animate in flash and also have a bit of coding knowledge.
