Looking for flash designer

Hi,

I'm looking for someone who is competent at creating flash files with a view to turning a map of the world (in image form) into a flash file where each country is 'clickable'.

I would provide the map image and list of countries; the flash designer would be responsible for turning the image into flash so each country can be clicked on and the user led to a new page.

PM me if you may be able to do this.

PS: Alternatively, I may just need someone who can make each country 'clickable' - it doesn't necessarily have to be a flash file.
