I like Minimum Pro Genesis - super quick and easy. all widget based, for quick and simple - really all the genesis therms (ive used are great).

Add a showcase, cart, woo com etc and you are ready in no time.

Use boldial theme. Seems good.

Been setting up checkout by using a catalog plug in - rather than full blown woo com, it's too much IMO. So, set up the catalog for all the visuals and i add link buttons with buy (offer, leas, etc) and just link them back to EFTY landing pages. For me, its an easy way to have all kinds of different sites, with themes, and information - while advertising the same domains with no worries about price or platform management. Hope that made sense?
